This is a non epinephrine secondary numbing. Great for tattoo removal procedures.

Epinephrine restricts blood flow, this is a problem when performing saline removal procedures. This secondary numbing DOES NOT contain epinephrine, which makes it the perfect numbing for when you are performing saline removals.

This can be used on all pmu procedures (lips, eyeliner, eyebrows) etc.
