Shipping + Returns
Here at SLAYY BEAUTY, our team takes great pride in filling your orders with accuracy and speed. Due to the nature of shipping times and the potential issues that can arise in transit, we ask that you please read through our procedures and policies below to ensure as few problems as possible.
All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours, which are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST, with the exception of launches and sales. During these times, processing can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Orders made after 12pm EST on Friday as well as orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.
Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Follow this tracking number, as Slayy Beauty is not liable for your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier or your international post if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Please note: We will not be able to refund for shipping costs as they are paid directly to the carrier.
STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping times are on average 5-10 business days. This can vary depending on your location, but is an estimate of time.
Please double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Slayy Beauty, which will cause a major delay in you receiving the product.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING TIMES
UPS Priority air is a guaranteed 2-3 business day shipping service. They do not deliver on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 11 am EST, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 am EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders that are shipped on Monday, will arrive by Thursday. Orders shipped Thursday, will be delivered by Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday after 11 am EST as well as on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and would arrive by Thursday.
International orders are filled in the same way as our domestic shipments. Shipping estimates are provided by the courier of your choosing at checkout. If they are held at Customs, it is completely out of our hands and there is nothing we can do to speed up the arrival time.
If any Customs charges occur, please note that we are not responsible. You, the buyer, are 100% responsible. If the order is sent back to us, we will refund you for the cost of the products, but not the shipping costs.
We want you to have the highest quality of supplies and be completely satisfied with your purchase, so any returns or exchanges of unused products can be made within 7 days from the date of the order.
Numbing creams, brow bumpers and cartridges can not be returned once they have been received.
All tattoo machines are hand tested prior to shipping & therefore can not be returned but we are willing to send you a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date.It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
If there are any issues with your order, or anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours. Please contact email@example.com if you need to do so.
We do not provide prepaid return labels on shipments as they are the buyers responsibility.
